Charles Wilds - President / Strategic Business Advisor / Certified Executive Coach / Certified Facilitator, founded THE SOS GROUP in 1999. Charles has years of executive leadership experience in the international energy and contracting industry including 14 years overseas residence. His career encompasses results based engineering, project management, commercial management, technology development, strategic planning, strategic business development, operations and organizational change management with Fortune 500 Corporations and more. In addition to leading THE SOS GROUP, Charles provides strategic business advise, facilitation and leadership coaching to executives and teams and facilitates the “GAP” Implementation processes.
The SOS Group Inc was founded in 1999. We are a strategic sales and marketing consulting and change management  firm specializing in re-alignment of strategies, behaviors and performance for improved profitability and shareholder value.  We are headquartered in Houston Texas.

John Allen - Strategic Business Advisor Affiliate - John has 35 years of experience primarily in the Subsea and Deepwater drilling and production industry. He has worked mainly in the supplier side with GEC, ABB and GE, but has also worked with operators (eg the BP Deepwater breakthrough coalition). He has held multiple executive positions including VP of Technology and Engineering for ABB Oil and Gas, Director of the ABB Oil and Gas research center, Corporate VP for Strategic Business Development for Vetco International. As an Executive with GE responsibilities with GE’s Oil and Gas customers included Upstream Offshore Deepwater and land drilling and production, Midstream LNG and Downstream.

John is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the Society of Underwater Technology.

He is on the board of several external organizations and chairing committees with API/ISO, SPE (Standardization/Subsea Processing) and OTC (Subsea Processing Session Chair).

He has multiple patents and published papers.

Rafael Massa - Business Development Consultant  - Rafael has 35 years of experience primarily in the Oil & Gas industry as International Sales and marketing Executive. He has worked mainly in the sales operations field with Emerson Process Management, HIMA, EIM Controls and Limitorque Corporation, but has also worked with domestic markets in the US and Canada markets. He has held multiple executive positions including Director of Sales Operations with PAC-Petroleum Analyzers Company, a division of Roper Technologies with market responsibilities in the Western Hemisphere. Global Account Manager with HIMA-Paul Hildebrandt Co. a German manufacturer of safety controls systems worldwide with responsibility of Dow Chemical, Dupont, Petrobras and Braskem.Started his career with national Supply Company (now NOV) as Sales representative in the promotion of drilling equipment in Houston. Rafael provides strategic business experience, management training and team development in the sales and marketing fields. Rafael holds an M.B.A. degree from Texas State University majoring in Marketing and International Business, and a B.B.A. from Universidad de Lima, Lima, Peru.

John Beall - CFO Advisor - John has over 25 years of experience working with public-, private- and private equity-backed companies in both Financial and Operational senior roles.  His background ranges from work with Fortune 1000 to entrepreneurial, family-owned companies, overseeing Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, Legal, Operations, IT, and HR areas.  Throughout his career, John has been focused on creating intrinsic value by improving processes, procedures and people to increase sustainable financial performance.  His approach encompasses strategic plans, efficient policies, workable procedures, talented people, and the correct information systems to support a company’s goals.  John earned his Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Baylor University.
